Reggie and Ladye Love Smith have been part of the Gaither Homecoming family for over a decade, first as back-up singers in Nashville and later as a vocal duet featured on countless Homecoming concerts, tapings and recordings.
These internationally loved musicians have performed in more than 12 countries and in such prestigious venues as the Super Bowl, New York's famed Carnegie Hall, and the Kremlin in Moscow. They frequently sing on The Grand Ole Opry with The Carol Lee Singers, and their voices have complemented some of the top talents in both country and gospel music including: Patty LaBelle, Josh Turner, Dolly Parton, George Jones, Lee Greenwood, Brenda Lee, Ricky Skaggs, Steven Curtis Chapman, Bob Carlisle, Ray Boltz, Sandi Patty, Larnelle Harris and Vestal Goodman, just to name a few.
Regardless of the prestigious places and people that have filled their musical journey, Ladye Love and Reggie are equally comfortable in small retreat settings, churches and conferences. Their capacity for lighting up any room with their energy, and making friends with anyone, has given them numerous opportunities for ministry in all kinds of settings.
Musically, the Smith's versatile voices and broad range of influences lend themselves to a variety of styles, from country to big band to contemporary worship. Yet in all of its refreshing variety, the music of Reggie and Ladye Love Smith always retains their signature, heart-melting sound. With smooth, soulful vocals and impeccable musicianship, their communication beautifully reflects what is true of them both on and off stage... authenticity.

Katherine is a Christian Song-Writer/Vocalist/Recording Artist. Katherine was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She first appeared on television at age 5 accompanying her brother and singing for a children’s television program. In university, Katherine performed in Carnegie Hall as a member of the Canadian University College Choir. She has performed extensively throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. Television appearances include The Quiet Hour, It Is Written Television, 3ABN and the local Apple Creek Church television broadcast.
Writing amid the joy and adversity of personal life experiences, Katherine shares a compelling testimony through the gift of song. Although Katherine’s father died from a brain tumor when she was 13, she always felt God’s hand leading in her life. Whether facing life-changing decisions as she writes about in “Teach Me to Wait,” dealing with the loss of a loved one in “At Your Feet” or struggling to hear God’s “Still, Small Voice” you will find yourself looking beyond the hardship of this sinful world to a time when there will be “No More Tears.”
Through her expressive vocals, soaring orchestrations and deeply spiritual lyrics that offer hope and healing, Katherine challenges listeners to lay all at the feet of Jesus and discover the fullness and joy of life that can only be found IN THE FATHER’S ARMS.
A serious car accident in 2011 has postponed the release of her latest CD which was to debut in 2011.
