Paradigm Vocal Ensemble came into existence in January of 1994 as a volunteer group with the express intent of performing the widest range of choral music possible. The ensemble's membership shows a unique diversity of professional disciplines with its composition of college students (including some music majors), teachers, business executives, and professionals from many other fields. The single unifying element among these individuals is their intense love for and their total dedication to producing, at the highest possible level, all types of choral music.
Paradigm has performed for a vast audience both in and outside the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. They have recorded five albums. "The Best of Paradigm" and "What Sweeter Music", both recorded at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, were featured on the WRR radio program "Music of the Metroplex" in October, 2001. The group has also acquired a reputation as the best studio recording group in Dallas and is frequently sought after to provide unique choral accompaniment for solo artists.
